On May 11, a number of ARI employees participated in the Women Build Week with Habitat for Humanity. The afternoon consisted of siding the back wall of the house and installing the last window. Architectural Resources employees who participated include: Lindsey Kriens, Miranda Schwartz, Kara Iliff, Andrea Wedul, Amanda Isaacs, Angela Ducote, and Maggie Furlong.
Habitat for Humanity National Women Build Week, in partnership with Lowe’s, invites women all over the country to take part in a movement to build “strength, stability, and independence through housing.”
The house that was worked on is located on 11th Street East in Hibbing, MN. The construction on this particular house began on March 25, 2018. Currently, there are eight habitat house projects underway in the area of Northern Saint Louis County. See the website below in order to learn more about ways that you can help these families obtain their dream homes. It was a beautiful day, a great experience for all, and an excellent way for ARI to give back to the community in an industry-appropriate way.
